Sponsorship not only benefits our team, but it also benefits our sponsors.  There are many obvious advantages to donating, such as advertising and endorsing your company, as well as the tax write-off.  There are also hidden and more significant advantages.  By sponsoring our team, you are helping many prospective engineers and other students learn from hands-on experience and grow from one of the most exciting and educational opportunities of their lifetime.  All of our sponsors are recognized on a local and national level. Your company’s name will be exposed to thousands of tomorrow’s brightest engineers and many more spectators.

Our sponsors fall into four categories, our upper-level sponsors gain the most publicity and endorsement from our team, but we appreciate and publicize any donation amount that would help our organization.

The University of Wisconsin-Stout Mini Baja Team gains exposure both locally and nationally.  Stories about our team were published in the University of Wisconsin-Stout alumni paper, and were featured in local newspapers.  Publicity on campus included UW-Stout's parent's weekend, organization fairs, and the homecoming parade.

This year our team has exhibited the new car at Twin Cities chapter meeting of SAE International, and we plan to show the car at the Fall Baja showcase at the Dunn county recreation park, and the formal unveiling of next year's new car in our team shop.  All of our sponsors, Bronze level and up will be recognized on the car, on a display panel accompanying the vehicle at events as well as on the sides of our trailer.  There will be newspaper coverage and possibly a nationwide magazine publication.  All of this publicity is to gain exposure and visibility of our sponsors in the community.
